How to Deposit on BongoBongo Zambia
Depositing on BongoBongo Zambia is straightforward. You can choose between USSD (Airtel) or depositing online through our website (MTN and Zamtel).
Depositing via Airtel Money
Dial *115# to access your Airtel Money menu.
Select option 4 (Make Payment).
Select option 6 (Goods and Services).
Select option 1 (Enter Merchant Code).
Enter the business name (BongoBongo).
Enter a reference number/reason.
Enter the amount you wish to deposit (minimum amount: ZMW 1).
Enter your Airtel Money PIN.
You will receive an SMS that confirms your deposit transaction.
There’s another way to deposit via Airtel Money (USSD), deposits are instant! You just need to:
Dial *115#.
Select option 4 (Make payments).
Select option 3 (Betting services).
Select option 9 (BongoBongo).
Enter a reference number/reason.
Enter the amount.
Confirm payment by selecting option 1 (Yes).
Enter mobile money PIN.
You will receive an SMS that confirms your deposit transaction.
Depositing Online via Our Website
Log in to your BongoBongo Zambia account.
Select Deposit from the top menu
Enter the amount you wish to deposit (minimum amount: ZMW 1).
Click Deposit.
Enter your mobile money PIN to confirm the transaction.
You will receive an SMS that confirms your deposit transaction.
Done! Refresh the page to ensure your deposit has been updated.

BongoBongo does not charge any fees for deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, your mobile operator might charge a fee.
