- Select 4 - Make Payment
- Select 5 - Goods and Services
- Select 1 - Enter Merchant Code
- Enter Business Name: (Merchant ID): bongobongo
- Enter Amount:
- Enter Reference: (your phone number)
- Enter your 4-digit Airtel Money PIN:
- You will receive an SMS that confirms your deposit transaction
- Your service provider will charge a deposit fee, ensure that you have sufficient balance in your mobile money account (balance MUST be more than the deposit amount + deposit fee).
- Your Deposit should reflect on your Bongobongo account within 10 mins. If it does not reflect for any reason, please contact customer service on: 0973 281468 or 0973 281689
- Deposits are processed between 07:00 to 23:59Hrs (24/7 coming soon)
2-MTN & ZAMTEL DEPOSITS
Log into the Bongobongo Account:
In your Bongobongo Account, click on the orange Deposit Button.

A-Select or Enter Amount you want to deposit. Click “Deposit” to confirm
B-Wait for the PIN window to pop up on the screen
C-Enter your PIN (Mobile Money PIN) to Authorise
4- You will receive a text to confirm the transaction.
