Betting with us is very easy; simply follow the steps explained below:

1. Join
2. Deposit Money
3. Place Bets
4. Withdraw Money

1. Join Bongobongo Zambia

Online Betting

1. Go to our registration page; http://www.bongobongo.co.zm/register
2. Complete the form and click REGISTER
3. A registration confirmation SMS will be sent to your mobile phone

2. Deposit Money into your Betting Account

Using Mobile Money (Available: Airtel, MTN Mobile Money and Zamtel Kwacha Registered Phone Lines only)

• Log into your Betting Account.
• Select DEPOSIT menu at the top of your Betting Account
• Select Airtel, MTN or Zamtel mobile money
• Follow the Instructions A Deposit REQUEST message will be sent to the Phone number you have SPECIFIED that you want to use for depositing.
• Enter your Mobile Money PIN to confirm deposit A Deposit confirmation message will be sent to your phone after you have submitted the deposit

3. Place Bets

Place Bets ONLINE

• Log into your Betting Account.
• Click on the Bet ODDs of the game you would like to BET on
• The Selected Game and ODDs will appear on the BETSLIP/Ticket, on the right hand side of your Betting Account
• If you want to have more than one game in a BETSLIP/TICKET, keep selecting different Match Bet ODDs to add to your BETSLIP/TICKET
• Once you have added the last game on your BETSLIP/TICKET, Click NEXT,
• Then click PLACE BET or BET NOW to submit your Bet A BET confirmation message will be sent to your phone after you have submitted the BET

4. Withdraw Money from your Betting Account

• Through Mobile Money (Available to Airtel, MTN and Zamtel Kwacha Registered Phone Lines only)
• Log into the Bongobongo portal.
• Click on the option to WITHDRAW
• Check the maximum amount which you can withdraw.
• Enter the amount you wish to withdraw from the available account balance.
• Enter the Airtel, MTN or Zamtel mobile money where you wish the money to be sent to.
• Click on the Airtel, MTN or Zamtel green buttons (depending on the mobile network)
• The Bongobongo team will be notified to approve your withdrawal, usually within an hour (maximum).
• You will receive funds to your selected mobile.
