How to Request a Withdrawal

ZERO DEPOSIT or WITHDRAWAL fees by BONGOBONGO – mobile service provider Airtel, MTN or Zamtel may charge you.

  1. Log into the Bongobongo account using your phone number and password. Click Note: Insert Phone starting with 260XXXXXXXXX

  2. After logging into your Bongobongo account, click on the Your Profile Icon. Then select WITHDRAW

Type Amount you want to Withdraw and click “Withdraw” to confirm Note: Minimum – K1, Maximum - K10,000 per transaction


A) Withdrawn funds will be sent to YOUR PRIMARY mobile number. If you have MULTIPLE phone numbers registered on your Bongobongo account, ensure you select the phone number you wish the withdrawn funds to be sent before you click “Withdraw”.

B) Withdrawals can be requested at any time, and we will endeavor to process immediately or within 1 Hour of the request. Our average withdrawal processing time is around 10-15 minutes depending on the response from the Airtel, MTN, and Zamtel networks.
