How to deposit money ZERO DEPOSIT or WITHDRAWAL fees by Bongobongo – mobile service provider Airtel, MTN or Zamtel may charge you.

1-AIRTEL DEPOSITS

• Dial *115#

• Select 4 - Make Payment

• Select 5 - Goods and Services

• Select 1 - Enter Merchant Code

• Enter Business Name: (Merchant ID): bongobongo

• Enter Amount:

• Enter Reference: (your phone number)

• Enter your 4-digit Airtel Money PIN:

• You will receive an SMS that confirms your deposit transaction

Note:

• Your service provider will charge a deposit fee, ensure that you have sufficient balance in your mobile money account (balance MUST be more than the deposit amount + deposit fee).

• Your Deposit should reflect on your Bongobongo account within 10 mins. If it does not reflect for any reason, please contact customer service on: 0973 281468 or 0973 281689

• Deposits are processed between 07:00 to 23:59Hrs (24/7 coming soon)

2-MTN & ZAMTEL DEPOSITS

Log into the Bongobongo Account:
Click https://www.bongobongo.co.zm/login

In your Bongobongo Account, click on the orange Deposit Button.

• Deposit Page A-Select or Enter Amount you want to deposit. Click “Deposit” to confirm B-Wait for the PIN window to pop up on the screen C-Enter your PIN (Mobile Money PIN) to Authorise

4- You will receive a text to confirm the transaction.
